RESERVATION POLICY

Pricing:
All rates are quoted in Euro , per room per night and include services and taxes..

Deposit:
In order to activate your reservation kindly let us have as a deposit the 50% of the total value of your reservation before the given release period is expired.
A fax or email notification towards the Hotel fax with t a copy of bank money transfer is also necessary, failing which shall automatically release the space. All accounts should be settled upon departure.
Please notice that the above-mentioned amount (s) are net to the hotel and any bank commission, expenses etc encumber the payer and not the receiver.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be received in written form. When a reservation is confirmed by the hotel and then subsequently cancelled then the following charges will be incurred:

A: 20 days or more before arrival the deposit is refundable.
B: if costumer cancel his reservation during his stay, the customer is compelled to compensate with the 100% of value of rest of days of agreed period.
C.cancellation 24hours before or non show , charged 100%
D. Cancellation 7days before the arrival date, is charged with 50% of the whole stay.
